We know that immigration law can be and has been sometimes presented as extremely challenging thus overwhelming most intending immigrants and leaving them susceptible to exploitation. As a former USCIS Chief and Adjudicator, I adjudicated every possible immigration case and witnessed firsthand the exploitative nature of some immigration practitioners. The image at the top of this page is of me conducting a naturalization ceremony in Atlanta.
I fully understand the complexities in immigration law and am adept at explaining them in a language that you'll easily understand. As a former USCIS Supervisor, I am well versed on the factors that affect case adjudication and processing timelines. I use this expert knowledge to ease your stress by setting clear expectations from the start so you're not anxious from the uncertainty that plagues most intending immigrants and their families. If you don't fully understand your options, just ask, and we will work to find a suitable explanation that meets your understanding.

I would love to work with you from the beginning for greater cost efficiency and case processing expediency. How long does it take for my case to get approved?
That's the billion $ question... first, each case is different so the timeline for one case will not be same for another even if case specifics are identical. second, COVID-19 and the policies of the 45 president hampered the adjudication of cases in a timely manner. As such, USCIS has built a significant backlog which is causing cases processing to exceed acceptable times. A case can be approved but it takes 1 year + to get receive green card. Contact us for case specific FACTS.
Will I need to have an in-person interview?
This is another good question which also depends of the specifics of each case. The purpose of an interview is to afford the adjudicating officer more facts about the case to facilitate a timely decision. So, in some cases interviews are warranted while in others, once all statutory evidence is submitted, the adjudications officer can make a sound and lawful decision. So, again, this is case-specific.
What is the fastest way to get a green card?
There is a common theme in all our case discussions.... each case is different and affected by case-specific factors. However, speaking in general terms, an immediate relative petition with no complications would normally afford the most expeditious path to green card in the US.
